Location, Location, Location!
This beautiful villa was built in 2006 to modern standards, and will comfortably sleep 6 / 7 people in its 3 bedrooms (each ensuite).
The villa faces south-west, and attracts the sun from early morning through to sunset. Should you wish to escape the heat you'll find covered terraces, and the property has air conditioning throughout, along with additional ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
A modern, spacious lounge with leather sofas is perfect for escaping the mid-day sun or relaxing of an evening, and for the winter months a superb wood-burning stove built into an attractive corner fireplace will keep everyone cosy.
The property has a well fitted kitchen, and outside a BBQ, providing ample opportunity for entertaining, or if you can't face the washing up then Cala D'or is awash with great bars and restaurants a short walk away.
Through large patio doors, both the living room and kitchen lead onto a covered terrace that overlooks the property's 9 metre swimming pool and beautiful garden.
From the entrance hall, a curved marble and iron stair-case leads to the three bedrooms on the 1st floor. These comprise of one master with kingsize bed and two twin bedrooms - one of which is very large and able to take an extra child's single bed. All bedrooms have patio doors that lead out onto the 1st floor terrace.
The villa, situated on a corner-plot in a residential district is well placed within Cala D'or for access to the centre of town - a mere 3 minutes walk away, where you will find a large range of shops, restaurants and bars to suit all tastes.
A gentle 5 minute stroll from the house will find you at the magnificent marina, again with an array of excellent restaurantes, bars, boutiques and the yacht club.
The beautiful Cala D'or beach (which is overlooked by the traditional buildings of the Cala D'or hotel) is less than 6 minutes walk away, and is the perfect place for children and adults alike.
Such close amenities mean a car is not a necessity unless you wish to further explore the island's rich heritage.
Getting here
The villa is about 50-55 minutes drive from Palma Airport. Taxis are available for return transport to/from the resort for around €60-70 each way for up to 4 passengers (prices can vary depending on the season), or hiring a car at the airport is a simple process.
